Shipping Policy

We hand pour each and every candle per order so please allow 2 - 3 days before your product is shipped. 

Orders are shipped via USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. If you don't receive an email with your tracking number email us at hello@miseenscent.com. Orders will be shipped from Brooklyn, New York. Mise en Scènt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered—please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
