Shipping Policy

We hand-pour each candle to order in our Brooklyn studio. Most orders ship within 3–4 business days.

As a one-person business, there are times when we experience a high volume of orders (which we’re incredibly grateful for!). During those periods, processing may take a little longer, but every candle is made and packed by hand with care. Thank you so much for your patience and for supporting small business.

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, feel free to reach out to us at hello@miseenscent.com.

All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York. Mise en Scènt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, so please ensure your shipping address is secure.
